Jumpree Zoom Integration
The Space Management module of Jumpree application aims to make a hybrid workplace an
organized and well managed transition.Adding to the flexibility of an online workplace is the
Zoom integration that enables the users to conduct meetings via Zoom.
Getting started with Zoom:
Create an enterprise Zoom account on this link (if not already present)
From the Smartenspaces Dashboard, click on the Authenticate button as shown in the image
below.
It then redirects to the Zoom Page as shown below.
Then click “Allow” to add the application to your Zoom account.
The app is now added to your Zoom account.
You can now book meeting rooms with a Zoom meeting link from the Jumpree app.
Account Level App Authorisation:
We want to generate access and refresh tokens only once at the time of authentication by the
Admin from our Dashboard. With the generated access/refresh tokens, we are creating
meetings for users that are part of that account. Accordingly, in the mobile app, when the user
tries to book a meeting, the user need not authenticate for Zoom again as we use the existing
tokens to create a Zoom meeting link on the user's behalf.
Booking a Zoom meeting:
Prerequisite for admin:
Before initiating a booking the user must be added to enterprise account.This can be done as
follows:
Visit https://Zoom.us/ and login with the enterprise Zoom account and sign in. Go to My
Account tab on the top right corner.
Click on User Management >> Users.
Login into the Jumpree app with valid credentials and click on the meeting room module.
Select the room you want to book and the time slot.
Select Zoom from the choice for meeting options.
Add the participants in the booking participant list. Select the amenities if necessary.
Click Book now.
You will now see the following screen with a confirmation message and the Zoom link.
